My name is Michael A. Kreychman and I am an engineering student at Penn State. While I was still in grade school, I was lucky enough to receive tutoring from very skilled mentors in many subjects I needed help in- math especially- that helped me realize the importance of the work. Now that I have learned most of these subjects in and out over the course of my studies, I am excited to pass on all the knowledge that was given to me. Since my parents have been active in the homeschooling community, I have had the opportunity to tutor the children of family friends which helped me discover a passion for teaching. In my experience, both my pupils and I have found tutoring to be not only educational but fun as well. Going through these subjects myself, from the basics to advanced coursework, is fresh in my memory which gives me a uniquely student-oriented perspective. I am helping my younger siblings that are also currently going through the process, giving me an extremely familiar perspective on the math being taught in middle and high school. Whether your child is only beginning to grasp abstract concepts in classes like Pre-Algebra, all the way through those that might need a little help wrapping their head around a more complex class like Calculus I, I would be happy to help them expand on their education!
Education: Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering- in progress at Pennsylvania State University, scheduled to graduate in 2021
